All project proposals, 3D elevation renders, floor plans, and cost estimates provided through this website or initial consultations are preliminary. Formal project execution commences only upon signing a legal Work Contract detailing scope, materials, and payment terms.
Clients are responsible for providing clear, uninterrupted access to the construction site, necessary municipal clearances, water/electricity utilities required for execution, and timely decisions on material selection to avoid timeline delays.
Payments must strictly follow the stage-wise milestone schedule outlined in your formal agreement. Delays in scheduled payments may result in immediate work suspension or readjustment of project completion dates.
Any alterations, additions, or material upgrades requested after final design approval will be classified as a "Change Order." Additional labor, material costs, and timeline extensions resulting from changes will be billed separately.
All custom architectural designs, 3D renderings, floor plans, website photography, and consultation materials created by MG Construction & Interior Consultant remain our exclusive intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written consent.
We strive to use exact products and finishes chosen by the client. However, in cases of market supply shortages or discontinued items, equal-quality alternatives will be substituted only after client notification and approval.
While we strictly adhere to estimated completion schedules, MG Construction & Interior Consultant is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including extreme weather conditions, government lockdowns, labor strikes, or material delivery delays beyond our control.
Warranties for structural work, interior woodwork, and site execution are governed specifically by the individual service agreement. Manufacturer warranties for hardware, appliances, electricals, and paints are passed directly to the client.
Consultation fees and advance payments for preliminary architectural design work are non-refundable once design drafting has commenced. Contract cancellation terms for active construction projects are enforced according to your signed agreement.
